I think where folks get frustrated is you have to copy/paste the deal thread into the form.
That's why I use two browser windows, I bring the deal thread up in both windows (which I always bookmark until the deal is complete), I then can work in one window on the feedback and use the other window for the copy part, it's so simple a caveman can do it.
