It's not THAT hard to make 500hp in a NA, stock stroke 360. Zero deck, flat top pistons, compression, ported W-2's, ported E-brocks, ported EQ heads (take your pick), a cam with 250deg @ .05 (or more), .570 lift or greater. At .060 over, hope cylinder walls are stiff enough.
