Just in case you missed it.......................

I had really wanted to attend this year but other things have come up. I'm hoping some of you guys can snap some photos so I can see what I'm missing out on.

I am planning to go this afternoon and have my camera along. tmm

Is there a meet and greet for fabo? Im headed out after work in the am. Should be there by 9am.

I will be out later this afternoon around 3 or so. I will cruise around the pits in my 66 Dart. Give me a holler if you see me. I didn't know until late whether I was going to be in town or not. I have the FABO banner with me. tmm

Just got done with some famous daves bbq. Back at the days inn, damn nice day for the mopar max. Swap meet was a little thin for small block stuff but we found some good deals on a slant six distributor for 10.00, w 150 truck emblem for 8.00, sun visors for a dodge truck (very clean) 10.00, and a 66 b body 273-318 radiator for 50.00. Met tommoparman bought a bf Goodrich tire from him. This guy has a great story with his duster. Some nice cars at the car show and the races were pretty good also. If you get a chance to go out sunday check out the yellow 73 duster with the 358 ci nascar engine in it. Very clean install and pretty impressive on the track. He was having a problem with it taking a hard left on launch, but has some real potential. Oh yeah the Budweiser tall boys at a dollar each were pretty refreshing! Lol:cheers:

Here's some A bodies.

Here's a few more. The first shot of the last group is a beautiful black Barracuda convertible with black ghost strobe stripes. I think it needs different wheels but it is stunning! The Teachers Pet Valiant towards the end is a cool little car. The gal that drives it was so excited because it popped a big wheelie on her last pass before I took the shot. She was wishing that someone got a video. tmm

That green demon is a very nice car, I didn't get to talk to him but some one said it had a 420? stroker. The 64 valiant is a cool car. 360, mild ported 2.02 j heads and a mopar .590 solid camshaft. @ 3000lbs running 10.70's nice hot rod! Nice pics toolman!

Thought I smelled BBQ, I ended up at Texas Roadhouse. Steak was needed after an afternoon of racing.

Didn't get a chance to meet you guys. I walked the pits and kept finding cars I hadn't seen before.

It looks like were at the same place, seen your car in the parking lot when we got back. I'll look you up tomorrow. Way to go on the racing!

Yes that's it! He said he has ran a 9.45 @ 145 earlier. It even has a linco. We are going back out tomorrow if I see your car again I'll look you up.

Any pic of the red willy's with the small block, it was a damn cool hot rod.
