I have and have access to foam remnants from a seat manufacturer. I have a pile already and have used it for many many purposes - from insulation - my dogs love it!, Soundproofing - works incredibly well in auto panels, Bedding - I've never slept better - floaters for the lake - Workspace walkway cushion, and on and on. Memory foam to dash impact foam. Size varies. All good stuff - may have fingerprints and some dust but who cares? 4x8 sheets of closed cell high density foam are common. I have many stacked. - If there is any interest I would be glad to provide more info. Bcudamatt

I do not know the tech specs for these foams but I know they are FAA and DOT approved seat and upholstery materials. I can find out these specs if needed.
I have 4x8 sheets of very dense closed cell foam from 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. I use them for dog pads, exercise mats, insulation, my fav - sound deadening insulation in my cars. I have been driving an 88 Escort GT Hatchback - Noisiest Car I have ever owned! I took the interior out for various reasons and before replacing it I cut pads and placed under the carpet, behind side panels and anywhere I could slip pieces into open areas - no glue just sitting inside the quarters, tire well, under carpet, and wherever. This is the quietest Escort ever made.
- I have Large blocks of very dense open cell white foam - dash padding type stuff - very dense - very stiff.
Slabs of this weird high density blue stuff - wiggly - rubbery - soft - spongy
- 5-6 inches thick 2' x3 '
- I use it for bed padding - very comfy
Some thin sheets - 1"- of memory foam - don't get much of this - very expensive.
Large sheets of med density open cell - what I call regular upholstery foam. 3.5 x 7 ft sheets 4-5 inches thick.
Thin sheets of 1" regular open cell foam rubber - very soft - low density - think seat cover liner foam except thicker.
