All Barracudas were built in Michigan -- cars destined to be sold in California had the CAP package, the others did not. I imagine the Darts built in California were the same way. My Barracuda was sold in Oregon to a Washington customer, for which I'm grateful, as I can avoid dealing with the rare CAP parts.
