SS/B Barracuda project

In "the Book" it says something about a direction from the Hurst facility directed that a purple ´68 Road Runner horn be installed in the Barracuda only.
I have never seen or heard anything about such a horn? Was there any Barracuda delivered from Hurst with a purple horn??
