Agree with that, but at what point, when and how should it end? He received his money. I don't care what it took to get it. Bottom line is he got it. Some people here just want to keep kicking the dog. How is that good for this site?

I'm sure if the kid had Manned Up and righted the wrong he perpetrated of his own volition, members would react accordingly but there has been nothing done to indicate he has learned any lesson or realized the error of his ways. It was only self preservation that weighted his decision to refund the money, not righteousness.

Piss on the Lil Squirt and applause to those that continue to haunt him and hopefully prevent him from victimizing others.

Inability to admit fault and humble yourself is a major character flaw.
 
If he came on the site weeks ago and made it right, no one would care at this point. But to purposely send someone a rubber check to quiet things down? NO, that's where i draw the line. I have a business, if one of my customers did that to me, I'd be at there door with the sheriff. And then there oil filter would mysteriously depart from there vehicle on the way to work!
 
In guessing not everyone on fabo is wealthy. Some people skimp and save and take years to finish a driver let alone a restoration. Getting taken for a hundred or two can really set someone back especially when they are trying to put food on the table and have a hobby. Then the wife chimes in about where to replace the ripped off money. It gets ugly fast. I'll keep kicking the dog for all fabo members, those who can afford to be ripped off and those who cant. Dont mean to offend anyone, if I do take it out on Justin. After all I'm looking out for YOU too.
 
This will be my last post on this..after all I did call for it to die.....I was in no way sticking up for that little creep and he got what he deserved but to continually beat a dead horse protects no one. Some just like to play internet tuff guy in the name of looking out for everybody.:cheers::cheers::cheers:
 
So, did the other 4 members who paid for parts get their stuff or a refund, or should we just forget about them and let this go?? I say protect all of the victims who have not been taken care of, and also anybody else who may become a victim! I'm not one to beat a dead horse, but this guy isn't a dead horse yet, he has at least 4 other members who should be taken care of also!! I'm glad that the OP finally got his refund, now what about the others??
 
other 4 members what say you on your parts /money dealings with this person?

I have bought and sold on here and maybe it is a good thing you are doing but if you think you will keep them all out you will be up all nite!!!I have found that if you only lose 10% that's a good average-I don't post on here anymore so unless someone PM's me I have lost the only 10% I want to lose.
 
He never sent me what I bought and I'm not one of the other four. There are likely more who got screwed by the guy.
 
The gift that keeps giving! Total POS! The moderators should be commended for keeping this thread alive.people like justin rarely change and need to be on public display to warn innocent victims.
 
I stumbled across the 71 dart while random searching on craigslist, showed it to my wife because she sent me a picture of it a few weeks ago. the car was all covered in dust and looked abandoned under a carport. we were actually planning a road trip in my dart to go see the car, then I saw the CL ad. And read on here that he was posting on CL, put 2and 2 together. Glad I didn't waste my time and gas driving out there !

I know its goofy, but my phone does the same thing! If I edit the pic by spinning it around and saving it, then re spin it so its upright and save it again, it always posts in the correct position!! Why??? Don't know, but it works! I have an iphone4! Geof
 
I tried saving it in all different directions, still uploads upside down. Oh well !
