Goofy question, was the resistor covered in pine needles/tree leaves? Used to mess around with early Rangers, damn near everyone of them had a bad resistor....and they were all covered with needles/leaves...
Actually, no. The resistor is up under a hole. You can't see it, only feel it. But now that I removed it, the fan works on high only. At least we can get some heat and clear the window. I'm suppose to get the part next week. Hopefully we will have all the speeds back.
