motor/tranny/rear combo

Well, for comparison....My 410 has Eddy heads, 10.8:1 compression, MO875 with 4.10 gears, 727, 8" converter, 275/60/15 Hoosier drag radials, and it has run 10.5's @ 125mph in street legal trim....with that said, I would bet you would have 11 second potential, but would probably run low 12's to high 11's until it breaks something. Drag radial + 4speed + 8 3/4 = good chance for broken parts on a sticky race track....JMO.

You have multiple weak links there unfortunately (trans and rear), made worse by the unforgiving hit of the DR tire if it sticks. If you mostly run on the street you will probably be ok though. You would have an easier time launching the car with a bias ply slick or street slick (due to the forgiving sidewall).
