The cars were shipped from the Hamtramck Plant to the
Hurst Performance Facility at;
1191 East Eleven Mile Road
Madison Heights, Michigan

It was a 'makeshift' assembly line type plant.

Despite what some have said, the Hurst Group did 'not' assemble the
426 Hemi Engines.

They were 'prepped' at the Chrysler Marine and Industrial Plant in
Marysville, Michigan.

And yes, several of the first BO29 had different Fiberglass Fenders. They
came from 'Anderson Industry', and there were imperfections in the
mold.
