is he doing the undermeath and inside the car like paint the floor pans and stuff.it doesnt sound like theres no real rust issues to deal with so personnaly i thin your getting raped.i feel between 4-6 grand complete and put together.here in ontario like 80 bux an hour shop rate 40-50 hours work should get it together 100 percent.try calling windsor collision and ask for dino they do dam good work and depending how close you are you could take it to them or send them some pics
