Choking Holley on 65 barracuda

I don't have a 65 Barracuda ('62 Dart here) but the only place for switched ignition power that will work is the dark blue wire that goes to the ballast resistor and then to the regulator. You are best off using that to operate a relay that then switches power to the electric choke; using a relay keeps the constant choke load off of the dark blue power wiring to the ignition and regulator, and keeps tht load out of the ignition switch; the relay coil uses far less current so is OK.

Let us know if you need any further help in figuring up the relay wiring; make sure there is a fuse inline with the power to the relay.
