I have no intention of starting a board war... but as a web "veteran" of Mopar boards for over 14 years...I just thought I'd say the new Hemi Swaps board comes across as one of the most reasonable and considered boards I've ever posted on.

There is some real 'tude on some of the other forums....mainly from people who either have no clue, OR....feel they have to prove themselves with every post......

Pat on the back for members here who keep it receptive and civil. :cheers:
 
I always feel a bit bad, cause although I have a couple (and have had many) A-bodies, my Gen III Hemi Swap is going into a 68 Charger, but I have found NO PLACE on the 'Net with as much good Gen III swap info/experience.

Not trying to be mean or nit picky, but had you meant "considerate?"
 
Alot of good people here.I have been a member for years and have only run across one Ahole....
 
Not so much about behaviour - more about people being here to observe and learn.......not just show how smart they are......

I've got to agree! I've picked up so much info on here for my upcoming swap, even though it's not into a Mopar. Truly the biggest wealth of info for new Hemi swaps because nobody's competing in a measuring contest.

Rule #1 Don't write angry.

I've broken rule #1 a couple of times. Almost always regretted it.

I've seen some of the best fab work on this site and gotten a good education too. I learn something almost every time I visit.

I dont usually have any issues on Moparts and the LX forum is ok as long as you bear in mind most of those guys are not tech minded..and the rest are vendors! LOL!!!

A couple if the lesser known modern hemi forums it seems to be more about who the biggest dog in class is.....

Hence my recognition of what a comfortable place this is.....
 
Definitely a great forum, lots of knowledge and friendly help. I know my car wouldn't be together or the same if I wasn't on here, thanks everyone!

there are some ?? ?? on here, but after reading their posts, a couple of them know what their talking about. you can tell they`ve got a lot of experiance in their field. I`ve learned a few things I didn`t know !!!!!!!! BUT, this has got to be the most entertaining website there is!!:coffee2:
