No I didnt, I just dont get why you would interchange with Chevy parts? Cost??? Ditch all that and get the OE stuff in there and at least eliminate that as part of the issue. Also are you running Magnum heads on a LA block?? If you are did you clearance the heads for the push rods??? Could you give a few more specifics on your engine build.

You clearly did. 1st stated I used ford rockers...And magnum stuff is not stud mounted it's bolt mounted. So anything after that is ford or chevy. Why the hell would I run stock stuff in a 410 stroker with spring pressure more than enough for a 251-260 camshaft? I also told you that I purchased all the correct stuff from hughes but you clearly missed that too. Everything is fine. Heads were done by MRL PERFORMANCE. He set them up to run on LA block.


I don't need to throw this thread off topic. Either politely assist me with my sound issue, or move on. Clearly I purchased the correct stuff and going to install it.

And I also stated earlier my plan was to install all new hughes stuff and cross that off list. Thanks for the tips.
