Hi,

I am buying a new on for the '75 Duster.

Apparently, there are 2 listed. One is 5/16” outlet or 3/8” outlet w/a return line.

Mine didn't have a return line so would the other be an upgrade ? I have a mopar gas gauge.

Thanks
Ian,

Stock lines are 5/16 fuel and 1/4 vent (return). Your return vent should go directly to the tank, and the 3/8 wont help unless you upsize the fuel line and have a carb big enough to drink from a bigger straw

Ian, where are you getting it? Just curious because some of them are inaccurate.

With that said, I bought a new one with the 3/8" line in case I install new fuel line in the future, I can step up to 3/8". Mine has the return line as well, I just blocked it off for now. I plan on running a return line to the tank and switching fuel filters.

I bought this one:

It seems to be very compatible with my gauge, when it hits empty, it's empty, lol.

I got it here:

It's the eleventh one down on the page.

Also whatever you do, DO NOT throw away the original lock ring, the new ones aren't as thick, and you may end up with a leak at the sender.

that is one of the problems we are having now so i have to pull the tank to fix it...we are using the original ring.

I am just ordering it through a guy i buy stuff from...i will ask him.

the site is down at the moment but i shall go back.

thanks, ian
