looking to set a fair price

Ok, I just don't have the time, or the ambition right now for my 1964 Barracuda project. The body is on a rotisserie, the engine, a 340 out of a 70 Duster, is on a stand and needs to be rebuilt. There isn't very much body work needing done, rust wise, and the car is 90% complete, with some new parts I have purchased, and the old stuff that came with the car .

I paid $2750 for the car, another $1300 to get it here, and have sunk another $4000 into various items(rotisserie, sheet metal, both new and used from others).

What would be a fair asking price for this car?

I know there's no chance in hell I could get anywhere near what I have in it, but would just like to see it go to a good home, where someone will finish it, and not cut it up.
I will NOT part the car out, it is in too good of condition and a first year Barracuda. I will not sell to someone looking to cut it up, either.

Now, to attack the pricing phase
