I would doubt it. The outer bearings are the same, Timken set #2, but you would have to machine the outer hub and centering feature. Then drill and install 7/16 in studs, assuming they would fit in the flat stud pocket inside the rotor. Doesn't sound too cost effective to me. If you keep your eyes and ears open, maybe you could score a Kelsey-Hayes setup and be done. I just found a complete set for $100 on Craigslist.
