This is what's called the proverbial "rock and a hard place." As Karl said, you may regret it if you sell it, but if you hang on to it and tell yourself "I'll get around to it" life will find funny ways to keep you from completing your task. Look what happened with the construction project on your house, and whatnot. Personally, I would take a good, long look at what exactly the car means to you. If you can live without it, by all means let her go. But if it would bother you even in the slightest, don't. But in the end it's going to come down to what you want to do. I don't envy the choice you have to make. Good luck!
