looking to set a fair price

I think the more important question is, what is the reason for the stall in motivation? Is it money? Is it time or time or space? Is it someone else's influence? Is it that you didn't really want to do it in the first place? No need to answer, that's personal, but things to ask yourself. If it's something you really wanted and still want to do, but are just in a slump, the motivation and interest will probably come back, then you'll wish you had it. If you have a place to keep it, set it aside for awhile, then maybe in the spring, attack it full bore and get it back together, even if it's not painted. As a running, driving car, you'll enjoy driving it around, or you'll have an easier time selling it, either way you'll be in a better place. It just seems like such a waste to me to sell for a third or quarter of what you have into it, with all the new parts.
