Blank 1963 Valiant VIN Tag (Replacement)

I had the CHP stop by to verify my VIN on my two Valiant(s). My 64 convertible's VIN tag is missing. He told me if I could get a blank tag he would get it stamped for me. Doses anyone know where I could get a blank 64 VIN tag?
