Will a power brake booster fit in a 73 Duster with a 400 block and Schumaker headers and motor mounts? I have searched the web and seen a few pics with one installed by not sure if they used different engine and or offset booster mounts, etc. I am convertng to disk brakes now and sourcing parts. I would like to have power brakes if possible.

a stock 73 style abody power brake set up will fit even with a 440. the brackets raise the booster and master cyl up and actually give ya more room then manual brakes.

I'm just curious why you want power brakes? Manual brakes with a 7/8 piston feels pretty close and gives you great stopping power without having to apply a ton of pedal pressure. Poor man's power brakes if you will

That would be fine if it works that way. I am used to older cars where I have had issues.

I've run manual brakes in every A-body I've owned, even though my old 67 fastback had power disc when I got it. I've always just run the 73 disc brake manual master (no idea what size it is).

Yep....manual 73 up disc brakes on mine with an unknown master.10" drums on the rear. Stops just fine even after "spirited" romps with the 470"..lol. My buddy took the power assist off his Super Bee and went manual. Remember, power assist doesn't really give you more stopping power just less pedal effort.
