Well, the 31 under the AB = 273 4BBL 235hp 8 CYL 10.5:1 LA engine
and the (322) 2 under the C = Formula S Package for Barracuda only
Under the D is the transmission so (363) 3 would be 4 speed and the (365) 5 would be the Torqueflite

Yes, that is correct. 312 designates the Commando engine & Formula S package; one car is an automatic and the other a four speed.

I saw those awhile ago on Ebay.
I think he originally had the stick car at $4500 and the auto at $3500. Now he is $3500 obo for both. Wouldn't be surprised if someone could get both for $2000.
