I believe its based on one of their Mustang boxes. I imagine the production cost was to high for them to be profitable, but I'm guessing. The angularity issue, was on the boxes pictured and disturbed the customers which I understand. However, nobody ever complained that it didn't work properly. My guess is the coupler can take up some angle without a problem. Look at the crazy angles on new cars..
