Common Core Math

Common Core just took its first step at dying in our state last week. It will die completely within 5 years. I would love to know how much money was and will be spent by lawmakers on this travesty.

Oh, and if you want to know what is a direct result of CC, our district's high school is scheduled to have 88 days of testing this year. Next year, they will be adding two more days. So, out of 180 days of school, teachers, students and administrators are going to be testing for half of their days.

Sorry, that is not funny.
