We have this car in our barn . . .

Lets see pics as it is dirty "barn find" condition!!
What colors is it?
Maybe interested?

Hi! Sure, we will take pictures with all the dust on it, too - the "before" pictures, although it is pretty sad to see. Husband used to roll it out to wash it now and then, but stopped doing that when the tires got iffy. It is copper colored with black and orange striped decals. That magazine picture posted above by "Idaho" is what it looks like (well, at least the last time he washed it). At least two tires are bad now, so we will need to replace the tires just to put her in the sun for a bath and photo session. He used to shine up all the engine parts, too, back then. I hope critters didn't move into the engine. We'll see when we open the hood, I guess. We always wrote in a book in the glovebox anything done with the car, every time we bought gas, etc., so that should still be in there. I remember the car was made to take either regular gas or unleaded, but he had always bought regular gas - he said something about "better for the valves". The last time we got gas would be recorded, so that was back when you could still buy regular gasoline. We drove it here when we moved (1996), but haven't driven it since then. The only thing missing from the car right now is the battery.

Thank you all for your interest and comments! This is an interesting site with lots of car info. Take care!
