I'm not saying that I'm going to change my build to a blower motor, but I have considered it in the past.

I'm just wondering if anyone here has any experience with them. There is a company local to me that builds custom sheet metal intakes for whatever your needs are, but I'm leery of a sheet metal intake for a blower.

why spend that kind of money on that intake when you can use a 4bb or 2- 4's intake and a alum. flat plate to mount the blower that how we did it back in the days before made blower intakes

I hadn't considered that. My build is a 500" RB with Stage VI heads with max wedge ports. I currently have an M1 intake so I don't have to run a valley pan or adapter plates, but I don't believe they make an M1 for a blower; at least not that I've ever seen.

I will consider an adapter plate as an option though. I'm assuming something like the one below is what you mean.

here ya go. why bother with all that other crap, time and money when you can just order one. the set -back plate is extra and doesn't come from indy. order intake from todd marsh in north Carolina and plate from good vibrations in cali.
