I have one and wondered if it would be good for a mild 10-15 lb 318 turbo build I might do.

The Edelbrock Streetmaster #3275 is a decent functional Intake Manifold for a
mild 318.

Primarily designed for > Off-Idle to 4500 RPM's.

Once you get above 4500 RPM's, it does fall flat though.
