I have over 800 feedback on ebag. One out of every 100-150 auctions is a nut case. I think your case is nowhere near a negative experience as long as you get your item. She apologized and sent you an extra item. Like VDART stated tough crowd. I used to run 50-60 auctions a week and it is very easy to make a mistake. I think everyone should sell not just buy. They would be way way more understanding. With Christmas/flu etc she is late. She apologized and tried to make it up to you by giving you more than you paid for. ?????????
