what is scary is when a young teen gets dolled up and looks far older than she really is. to the unsuspecting eye , they don't the difference. to an old guy , he may find himself looking at a 13 year old thinking she is 25. so whos really to blame there? if it were my teenager, she would not be leaving the house looking like a 28 year. but that's just me.
