63 max wedge?

if it ain't a max wedge, i'll be damned if i would make him an offer. You're a glutton for punishment. We're trying to give you some good advice here. Listen to it. If it's not a max wedge, save your "offer" for a 440. Don't be dumb. Don't get lured in because you think it's cool. If it's not a max wedge, it's basically worthless. Not trying to be a smartass here. Piston availability is either very expensive stock cast pistons or very expensiver custom pi$ton$ to the tune of around a thousand dollars. Leave the engine sittin there. It's a boat anchor if it's not a max wedge. If it's not a max wedge and you buy it, your "friend" will have gotten it over on you big time.
