Mine have grade 8 capscrews. Been that way since 1993 and 80K miles ago. They were done locally by Sutton Engineering who is a mopar guy. So I had no shipping costs.
I think Moser will redrill yours. With back and forth shipping from Nova Scotia, what is cost effective for you may be different than others.
