tuff wheels and adapter

Got 2 original tuff wheels (no horn buttons) I consider them cores for redo. Foam is loose and one is missing a small chunk. Spokes are decent not real rusty or pitted.

Tuff wheel adapter is decent just needs a scuff and repaint. Includes the 3 correct nuts and the horn wire is intact.
