The Diplomat nameplate wasn't used in Mexico. The Dart nameplate was.
Onto the OP, I don't have one. My sister does. She loves the car for what it is and it was what she was looking for. In her price range, good mileage, plenty of room for her growing grandkids. I believe it's a '13. She's had no issues with it and so far just routine maintenance.
