The sensor looks like it opens at 160. According to the description. Just give them a call with the p/n I have dealt with them for years great place to buy weird stuff.
If you use a fan sensor type n/o normally open then you can use a relay and it is hard to explain but really simple. IF YOU ALREADY AVE AN E FAN THE E FAN HAS A RELAY YOU CAN USE THE UNUSED PORTION OF THE RELAY. If you go that way and need help let me know and I will draw it up for you.
