ok guys, picked up this car and i'm not sure what to do with it....some people (not really car people) have said to restore it....other (and kinda what I would like) is to resto mod/street rod the thing...
I have all the paper work, build sheet OG title and registration, build card etc etc.. im not sure its in anyway more desirable than just a 67 cuda? maybe someone could shed some light and or opinion on this also....

so let me here your opinions before I start ordering parts and cutting it up :) thanks

I have a 67 notch also looks like you got a nice car there , I went with the restro mod myself like adding my own touches to the car and driving banging the gears have fun with it.

Same first a body , I first picked up. Make it run , polish the slot mags.(j.m.o....)

I didn't keep mine original but Im sure having a lot of fun with it.

If it is as nice in person as it looks in the pics, even tho the ac and heater hoses don't go anywhere - clean her up and drive it as is. Looks like a perfect daily driver.

I would say build it the way you want the car to be. If it was a big block or formula S fastback it would have some value to restore but a small block notch not so much so just make it yours and have fun. Cool car good luck.

Yup, I would drive the **** outta that the way it is for a while and then mod it. Can't help myself. lol Just look at my thread. :D

Man that car looks really nice just the way it is. I say get in running well with what is already there. Enjoy it like that unless you are looking for a project to spend all of your money on. That's a straight car that looks to be rust free and complete. The interior looks to be I great shape too.
If it were parked in my garage I'd keep it like it is for a fair weather cruze night car. Sweet ride you have there.

While you are enjoying this one find something else to cut up and restomod. All that said it is yours to do with as you please.

Small block with Paxton - HDK - 4 link - automatic with Gearvendors - slam it down - plane jane

i agree. get it running real nice and enjoy it. if you wanna do mods then gather the parts and do small projects at a time. such as disc brake swap. that way the car isnt down for any long period of time. hell you could even build a new engine then do a swap in a weekend. WAYYYYYY too many guys take these cars down to the bones and they have the best intentions in the world. they either run outta money or ambition. or something in life just happens. this car looks super solid. i would hate to see another project for sale.

Id probably put column, console and buckets in it clean it up a bit maybe put the black vinyl back on and drive the poop out of it. Add disc brakes maybe. It is a well optioned car and it looks to have been loved throughout its lifetime.

The decor package wood grain door panels, dash overlay, 150 speedo rear arm rest and pedal trim appear to be all there and in good condition. Some of these pieces are hard to find - if thinking about cutting doors for speakers and such. Wood grain steering wheel also.

When you say "cutting it up" what are your intentions? What would you like to do to it?

Nice! I have a 67 coupe that I am gathering parts for. Yours is a lot nicer than mine but that is what i was looking for so I can cut it up and build a restomod. Your car your choice as long as your having fun.

Looks like a nicely optioned car: A/C, PB, Deluxe interior, and is that a CC unit? Make the car into what you want it to be, and enjoy it!

That looks a lot like my car, but your interior seats are really nice. Mine are trashed. Your windshield washer tank was moved to the passenger side to make room for some device on the driver side. What is that device?

Looks like cruise control
