I have heard this before and I have raced for 30 years and I have not one time ran a higher mph when I spun the tires. It has always been less.

Reaults may very i guess lol, my combo was far from optimal, but when it dead hooked it went 1.68 60' and 12.65 at 103, if it spun i went 105ish.

The hoosier qtp 26" tires would work great id think
