Long time ago I used a slant rod style pedal by cutting all the stuff on the back of the pedal off. I forget what ever else I did to make it work.

The cable is shorter than the /6 cable. You will also need a dr side 64-66 exhaust manifold or TTI headers.

Spitfires would also work (assuming a set could be found) or use the similar style Layson's sells - pretty expensive I hear.
