Lets covert this into inches:
245/60-14 = 9 5/8" wide, 25 5/8" diameter.
195/70-14 = 7 5/8" wide, 24 3/4"" diameter.

So it'd be close to about an 1" in difference. There's no smaller percentage bit, like a 195/50 or am I thinking about this in the wrong numerical direction?
