If you're wanting to keep the same diameter tire and not mess up your speedo, I'd run a P185/55R15 tire all the way around. It has the same diameter as the one's your running now. Fourteen inch tires get harder and harder to find every year, so if you're buying new wheels I'd get 15's. The tires above would fit nicely on some
15X6 steel wheels.
Get a nice set of dog dish hubcaps, and you'd be looking good!
As far as getting a better stance, new rear springs will get the rear end height set where you want it. They can be ordered at stock height, or +1 or +2 " if you like a little extra height in the back. When you rebuilt the front suspension, did you put new torsion bars in?
After good brakes, a good suspension is the best thing you can spend your money on IMHO. I'd even consider adding sub frame connectors. Even you don't plan on doing any performance driving, they will still tighten up your 50 year old chassis and make your car more enjoyable to drive. Add a set of good shocks and you should have a nice driving ride!
