Issue with brand new truck. Advice on how to proceed?

If it was me I'd go and speak with the manager. Did you get anything paperwork wise from the other dealer? If so bring it in... Be able to back up what you say, cause without paperwork it's just something you've heard which could be true or not...

They should make it right and that normally means a fully painted hood. Go speak with your salesman and his manager. Most dealers will cover this as a happy customer is a good customer.

I have already spoken with the manager and he denied they did the work that was already done. I haven't gotten any paper work yet as I work away from home every other week. I'll be home this coming week late and plan to get everything together as needed if the talk doesn't go well on Monday.

Doesn't speak well so far for Chrysler and service. If this is how I'm treated now, I know exactly what will happen come time for a mechanical warranty repair.
