This is my set up. 1860 cfm each. Fans have rubber weather stripping sealing them to core. Air holes allow air to pass thru at freeway speeds. Never seem north of 180*.
so I was thinking of something like that with one way flaps over the holes to let hair go through at freeway speed, but creating a suction when the car stopped.
