The only way to do paypal is have it in your account, then move it to another account right away. Withdraw from the other account leaving zero in the account the original payment hit.
Paypal can and will freeze or take money out of an existing balance to address a dispute.
With the current technology when people pick stuff up, i take a pic of them. If it's a car/title, i get id from them and write it down.
