Their last catalog shows the replacement step plates so it's likely that I'll be ordering from them again. As much as I dislike the $6 charge I don't want to damage my reputation or make it difficult to place a future order. I'll probably just eat the cost of the added bill. Future aggravation if I don't pony up may be more costly. I will add the note with my payment though. :banghead:
