65 cuda gas tank

Frankly I have not looked into a baffled fill tube for my Foumula S as yet. I installed a flip cap and adapter made by a member here and am waiting to see how that works on stopping the leak issue. I've seen the baffled tubes listed on Laysons web site. It can't be anything more than a metal plate spot welded into the tube to deflect the sloshing gas back towards the tank. It has to allow gas to flow around it or you won't be able to fill up. I did cut up the fill tube for my '74 Duster and the baffle was a long shallow U shaped channel that divided the tube in half and the end had a bent down tongue shaped piece IIRC. Not sure the science behind how it works.

Here's a pic I found on line for a Ford but this should give you an good idea of what is needed.
