At least from my experience, once you have the funds deposited into paypal they cannot get it back unless you authorize it. That is the point of pay pal to avoid scams. Never had a fishing scam artist try to pay me through paypal. They always want to deposit a larger sum in your bank account and then have you refund the difference before their check bounces.
