Retire 5.7L and SRT Design/Release Engineer

Totally agree with your tag line.
When I joined the 5.7 group, it didn't take long for me to find out that only one guy in the group knew more about engines than me. Then got into the SRT group and WOW, There were a lot of knowledgeable people in that group. (Many are still there)
After I developed the Hemi oil system, GM found out what I had done and I spent a year at GM Powertrain working on oil systems including the sbc even thou they did not have an oil problem. Imagine that. Today all aluminum blocks have oil return lines from the heads hidden in the block walls down to the oil pan rail. My projects at Chrysler and GM reduced oil aeration by 10%.
