Thanks ariffle. I tried using a small paint brush but they always seem to develop a stray hair that screws up the surrounding surfaces. I've tried toothpicks in the past but the finish never seemed to be smooth. I don't know what application most people use for these Sharpie paint pens but instrument panel detailing seems to be a good one.
