Weird cooling on my 84 D150

If no flow it could be the water pump took a dump.

No squeals/leaks on pump. I got to use my temp gun again!! LOL Temp on lower rad hose high teens. Upper hose near rad, high teens. Middle of upper hose mid 50's and by t-stat mid 70's
