I tell buyers I want $X in my account after ALL fees. IMO, if a buyer wants the "protection/insurance" that paypal affords, then buyer gets to pay it.
When I pay using paypal, I almost always add the 3% on to the total.
3% on $10 is not a big deal. Do 3% on $1000 multiple times and it's a little different.
