Just picked up a 1965 Dart 270 wagon off of Craigslist. What a great car! It's got an older repaint, but other than that it's a pretty original car. Odometer reads 85,000 and change. Came with re-chromed and detailed plastic dash trim ($$$), new windshield gasket (that it doesn't need), 3 packages of chrome lock strip, 2 radios, N.O.S. basket weave seat material, new gas shocks, new tires, and no keys! Just going to clean up, get some keys made, install all the dash parts, throw all of my Firm Feel suspension parts at it and drive. Already located a couple parts from some local FABO members too.

What did you end up paying for it? I saw it on craigslist. Looks like a sweet ride!
 
Nice score Mike, glad you got another wagon again! Candycanes look good even! I had a twin to it, red/red (Canadian version ofc (Custom 200), my friend still has/is building it) I might have an NOS t/l lens, had a bunch of NOS stuff for a 65Dart SW/Valiant Custom 200, sold most.
 
Thanks everyone. I'm super happy with the car. I think the original owner smoked so my wife helped clean the interior. Rocky, any nicer parts you have would be great. Glad I backed out of the deal on the 66 wagon. Also, need 4 Dodge bottle cap hub caps.
 
Never knew the Dart was offered in a station wagon pkg. Learn something new everyday! Sweet Score!
 
It's been a while since I've posted anything about the wagon. Mostly because I haven't done anything! This weekend I got the Firm Feel front swaybar on, changed the rear end out to an 8 1/4 because the rear swaybar requires an axle with 3" axle tubes. Also put the 1" lower front spring hangers. While the rear was out I pressure washed the under side too. Not sure what wheel/tire combo it'll end up with but for now these Cragars w/cheater slicks looks cool.

I would stay with those Cragars, and throw 2 more on the front, that looks super!!
